About me and my practice

My name is Francesca, and Im an integrative counsellor dedicated to supporting adults aged 18 and over through lifes everyday emotional challenges.
I offer a warm and compassionate space where you can openly share whatever youre feeling. Together, well explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, building a foundation of trust and safety.

With over 6 years of experience, I offer a warm and accepting space where you can feel truly heard and supported as you explore whatever is on your mind.

I also have personal experiences of being a carer for someone with Alzheimers.

I am committed to personal and professional development. I undertake regular additional training to enhance my practice, ultimately for the benefit of my clients.

Creative Counselling
Creative counselling combines talking therapy with creative techniques. They can offer support to communicate thoughts and feelings you find difficult to put into words.
The creative technique we work with are tailored to support your specific needs. I will explore these with you first to make sure you comfortable using them.

That's why I offer a free 30-minute introduction session to help you feel comfortable and explore how counselling can support you. This no-obligation session is a chance to meet, discuss your needs, and see if we can work together. Its a gentle way to begin your journey in a warm, welcoming space.

Fees
Fees
Standard rate: £55 per 50-minute session. (face-to-face appointments at East Horsley or flexible online sessions to suit your schedule and needs).
Walk-and-Talk rate:£60 per 60-minute session.
Limited concession rates available-please feel free to ask.
What to Expect
Each 50-minute session is a welcoming space to explore your thoughts and feelings, available in-person in East Horsley, Surrey, or online. I offer weekly or biweekly sessions, as well as short- and long-term counselling tailored to your needs.
